Who cares? O'Reilly is the master of "the pit" where in he wears down his opponent by calling him names like "incompetent" or "loon"... usually for good reason.
Chomsky is well known for his passion for liberal and anti-war causes, and is a self proclaimed socialist. He is a master word smith and would be very difficult to get flustered.
I agree with an earlier comment that the real winners would be the audience of such a magnanimous event.

Chomsky is brilliant. Bill O'Reilly (and really, any TV personality) is a mental midget compared to Chomsky.

Chomsky is a scholar, O'Reilly is so biased he wouldn't under stand what issue was being debated. Sort of like Bush in his debates.
