If you conceieved woul you still go through the luteal phase where your vaginal discharge is dry and tacky, or if fertilization occurred would you not experience the drieness?

Yes, you still go through the luteal phase but instead of the corpus luteum dying off after about 12 days it stays around for a few more weeks producing progesterone to sustain the pregnancy. Many women do notice an increase in snotty cervical mucus at about the time of implantation 6-12 days after ovulation.
