He'll likely be gone. It's pretty clear that Addai is going to be the future of Indy's backfield. The demand for him is going to be high because backup RBs have been successful on new teams like LaMont Jordan (well, first year at least) and Chester Taylor. He showed his skills when James went down in 2001. I see him going to a team that needs a running back (e.g. Cleveland, Houston, maybe Green Bay if Green leaves)

I think Indianapolis (as well as Chicago, New England, and New Orleans) as proved the importance of have 2 strong runnerbacks. I think this trend will continue (much to the dismay of the fantasy leaguers) in the years to come. As we even saw in the Superbowl (when C Benson went down), you need to have 2 quality backs in today's NFL.
The Colts will resign him. He works well in that system.

His best bet is to stay in Indy. He knows the system and works well with the younger backs.

He'll likely get a big pay day as a one/two punch type back somewhere.
