Should Malaysia raise the minimum driving age to 21?

I am in my school debate team and i need the answer for both goverment team and opposition team. Please give me at least 3 points for each team. I need all the pros and cons

Answer 1

Yes:
1-Young people get in more accidents, drivers over 21 are generally safer.
2- Young people should save up their money anyway.
3- Young people should be doing other things, like playing with Pokemon :-) (or concentrating on studies)

No:
1: 18 year olds are mature adults and should be allowed to make their own decisions
2: It's easier to learn new things at a younger age.
3: Current drivers under 21 will be stranded, is it fair to take away their right?
