If you have high-end things in your home, and only want a realtor to show parties by appointment only. Is it o.k. for R.E. Agent to copy the info from party's driver's license? Just in case anything is taken?

Realtors usually only show by appt only unless it's an open house. If you're really concerned about your valuable things, I would put them in storage for now. You want the potential buyers to notice the features in your house, NOT the nice things IN your house. They could be distracting to buyers and your own tastes could be very different from theirs.
