It would be less reactive. The reactivity of elements on the periodic table decrease from left to right. SO the alkali metals (group 1) are the most reactive metals...and also the halogens (group 17) are also the most reactive group of elements.

It would be less reactive. The most reactive metals are in groups one and two.
