I see too many people claiming the other party is full of idiots and just too stupid to understand why they are wrong.

So...

Please state your age, degrees and political party.

I'll go first. 26, B.S. MIS, B.S. Math, M.S. MIS (in May), Republican.

I didn't think people would be insulting me. Could it be jealousy?

I always love when people ask this question. the libs complain and cry with usually a couple that will answer but definitely not the 20-30 that answer the "why are repubs stupid" questions. then you will have 10 or so conservatives answer with usually multiple degrees. Interesting NO?

for the guy who obviously couldn't pass math... math isn't just about adding and subtracting numbers. Its about thinking. most of your masters and doctorate work in math is actually more English than numbers. you write papers and studies on theories and processes that you use for deductive and inductive reasoning that YOU USE FOR THINKING.

for me 29, BS in math, BS in physics, BS in History, slowly working on MS in math and history but while wife is in med school its been on the back burner for a while. oh and Conservative...

You do know that one of the worst presidents in the country's history had a math and engineering degree don't you? He was Herbert Hoover, you know, the guy responsible for not doing anything when the country plummeted into a depression and people were starving in the streets. And, little 'Hoovervilles' were popping up all over the country because people lost their homes. Don't think you're so smart with a math degree or MIS degree. Those are not that difficult to get. The fact that you have to use this as a way to prop yourself up proves your own insecurities, it does not prove your intelligence. Nor does it prove your wisdom at 26.

I cannot see what education has to do with politics. Just looking at the current administration and to be fair past ones as well. For a lot of book smarts they cannot tell their a$$es from a hole in the ground. It is all well and good to be educated, too bad they do not apply what they have learned. I have been to college and I would choose good old fashioned common sense over book smarts any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

44 A.S. Republican

Although, degrees for us Republicans don't matter when seen by a Dem.

Both Regan and G. W. Bush were/are considered stupid by the Dems.

Well what is educated mean ..does it mean going to school or having enough intelligence to find things out for your self..you see in school they only teach you want they want to ...now having a PhD..doesn't really make you a doctor does it..no one is going over to your house and saying Doc..my tummy hurts..help..me..you would be like..I am not a doctor..I am 39 and one day of college..two classes..and I am a rep..and I have out smarted some really smart fools..

Well, I am a conservative. And I don't feel comfortable revealing much else. My age is between 25 and 35, I am a college graduate, but am more autodidactic than else.

Sorry couldn't be more specific.

I spent 2 years studying media in college and I can tell you quite easily that both parties in America are full of complete rubbish.

Especially republicans.
