A spark is just that ... something that stimulates a bigger result, as in a fire. The spark in a relationship is a signal that there is an attraction. If this attraction is not nurtured, then it will eventually go out. If what you are asking is referring to whether or not a spark you felt for someone some time ago still has potential, then it is what you make of it ... if the spark comes back, then it's probably worth pursuing.

You're so cute saying that!!. I am saying this as 20 years older than this cute asker.
I don't think it will last .if it did, it'll be a spark-turned-flame. Spark is only a flash of light.
In a relationship, I definitely believe the spark is forever For instance, the thoughts of your loved one would bring out that electricity from within resulting to thrills and excitements-at any given time. It is the flame that you have to watch from dying out.

It is called a "spark" becoz it just heralds the possibility of a blaze. Like a real spark, any relationship spark also requires some positive catalysts like Oxygen or in case of relationship; friendship, trust, lasting attraction, mutual respect and love; to kindle that spark into a flame and finally to a blaze.

But sometimes if you get in fights with the person you have sparks with can be problems.
But ya can break up and ya would still like each other.

You can make a spark become more of an "electric current" if you want it to.
