I just spoke to them over the phone a bit ago. I also have an email into the abuse department inquiring about my original account. You can follow my progress and frustrations on my 360.

Usually it's about 20 minutes of listening to terrible music and then "CLICK" the phone disconnects my call and I have to start all over again!!! UGGHHH

within two hours just to confirm the email....but ive had points restored before by complaining and that takes like two weeks..
