How do you get flat ABS as soon as possible?
I need to fit into this drees for my all white party and I need to look beautiful and better than everyone else! How do I get that little pouch all the way at the bottom! Its hard to flatten it, I can only get the top my stomach! Oh and I also need to get the bacon of my back, and my butt needs to be more rounder! I already run 30 minutes a day! What else do I need to do! And I dont have access to a gym! I dont diet because I want my booty to stay big I hate flat @sses and thats not what I want, I want a flat stomach and a perfect round booty like a basketball!

start doing leg lifts and sit ups

Eat whole grains and fruits and other healthy foods in small snacks throughout the day. Dont eat alot though. Do exercises in the morning before breakfast (run, lots of situps and pushup) as this will force your body to use excess fat for energy. Be sure not to skip breakfast entirely though because it helps keep your metabolism up throughout the day. wake up earlier to do the excercise instead. WORK HARD at it for a solid hour then eat a healthy breakfast. You should notice a difference within a week, but keep going. Nad make sure to do WAY more than 100 a day

the best way to get a flat stomach is when you wake up in the morning do at leat 15 sittups. trust me it works! try to eat as healthy as you can.
