I want to hang out with this girl but I dont want to ask her because i think that she'll think i'm asking her out any opinions

just tell her the truth when asking her to hang out tell her nothing more just friends and i think she will get the idea..being open and honest will help a great deal dont play games or dont use hints...

Okay, first of all, DO NOT tell her that you want to hang out, but just as friends. That's rude. If you say that, she's stuck hanging out with you, whether she wanted to or not, because if she likes you, she won't want to admit it by not hanging out. And if she doesn't like you, she'll think you're a big dork for thinking she does.
If you want to be platonic with a girl, just make it a group thing. Always invite other people, so intimacy is never an issue.

Tell her that you wanna hang out, not as a date, but as friends. Or get a group of friends to go do something and ask her to come along. If there is a group of people then she will more than likely think that it is more social than a date.
