Not a lot, on average, a wild alligator only eats about once a week, 50 times a year average, and it will eat a meal suitable for it's size. Small alligators eat more often, if you're asking because you need to feed one, you shouldn't be asking here, you should be asking your boss or whoever is helping you get your hours to get a permit to -legally- keep one. If it's not one being kept, it shouldn't be fed. 95% of all alligator attacks in Florida are linked to feeding. It causes bad habits.
