its a matching thing.

this force acts on the particles of milk at the surface of a glass of milk.

it can either be volume, pressure or surface tension what do you think? i think its volume but im not sure if that is right.

omg, ok volume isnt a force. sorry i keep asking science questions cuz im not good at it and i always say something dumb that everyone else knows lol.

I would say that surface pressure creates surface tension. Volume is not a force.
