I got almost 8 hours of sleep and I am feeling sleepy. I am at work and I have a test to study for. Any advise? I have been feeling like this all week. I did go out last Thursday and Saturday. I went to bed at 2 and 4 am. Can I still be paying the price?

If this just started this week, it may be you are over extending yourself. Slow down and get plenty of rest. You may also be coming down with a cold or something like that so make sure you take plenty of vitamins. If it continues, you should see a doctor to rule out anything serious. I have had this same problem and after 2 months of feeling this way, I go to the doctor tomorrow to find out why. I.m thinking it's walking pneumonia but not sure. This weekend, try renting some movies and stay covered up on the couch and get some rest. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

Yes you could still be paying the price. You body requires time to catch up and get that extra rest that it missed.

Sounds like between work and studying and going out, you need to rest when you can. If you don't, it can run down your immune system making you more succeptable to catching a cold or getting the flu.

You could be just tired from last week and need more rest but if you are still tired after resting a few days you may need you iron intake tested or your typhoid tested . This stuff can also make you tired.
