If a guy starts out fat, excercise will eventually make it look bigger because there will be less fat surrounding it at the base. It remains the same size, but as the flesh around and above it gets smaller, the scholng will "come out of it's shell" and look bigger. Yes, I know. The mental picture is not pretty.

Well, it has been observed that female body builders tend to have no breasts. This gives rise to the question of wether their breasts became smaller through body building or if they decided to body build because they felt insecure about their small breasts.

You could ask the same thing of male body builders. Then again you can check out their package (if you are so inclined) which is usually fairly obvious through their shorts, to guess wether or not exercise shrinks your package.

I really don't know either way.

No, but if you are overweight and workout you my loose fat in your pubic area and it will make your penis look longer.
