Yes, it has. I think at one point it's crossed everybody's mind to just end everything. Why? To get away from everything. No more stress or problems. Or maybe to show someone, Ha! This is what you did to me. And now, for the rest of your life, you will suffer thinking where you've gone wrong. Of course it really isn't a solution to anything. How many people claim to be depressed and want to be suicide? Wayyy too many to count. How many people actually are depressed and if given a chance, would take their lives? A much smaller number. I think people that commit suicide have a lot of things messed up with their lives, and simply cannot take it. It is in a way selfish, but I guess I could understand the reasoning for it under a few, very few, circumstances.

Yes, it has crossed my mind at times when I was younger and depressed. I thought thats all I had left for an answer, but know I know thats not true, in fact that would have been a cop out to do that and was a very selfish way of thinking on my part because I was not thinking of the people I would have left behind-the grief I would have caused my family. There is always help out there if you need it, someone to talk to, a doctor can even help you if you need it.

Yes, because I used to think that life just seemed so hopeless and useless like there's no light at the end of the tunnel, all hard work and no pleasure.
Also the way most people seem so cruel, and selfish makes me sad, and makes me lose faith in the world. Seeing all of the gum on the concrete, and people spitting on the cement where people walk, narrow minded people who hate everyone except people who share their own Republican views of the world, people honking at me driving when they have no reason to, no one letting me merge into their lane.
Also I read something about someone else who was suicidal and he said, between buying things, eating, and sleeping, what else really is there in life?
He also said, there's always "having fun" in between the "pointlessness", and I guess that's reason enough to live.

There are time that I have felt very discouraged and felt like whats the use of trying, but I have always known that as long as there is life there is hope for circumstances to change. Nothing remains the same so therefore being discouraged has never made me feel as though I would want to take my life. Most days are positive ones if we look for something positive.

I believe all the holy books are God’s words, and the prophet’s job was to take it from God and give to the peoples, so if the prophets were woman the holy book will be the same. regarding “”””Take parts of the Quran and the Bible and have 10 schoolars get the meaning of it. You will get 10 different opinions about what it means.””” I think these differences are only in the minor points; and it will not make a big deference if we understand it in different ways…. And I believe God made this points to be understood in deferent meaning to make our life easier. And regarding what MiMi said, No God didn’t chose men messengers because he is man, and God didn’t THINK women will change it …. Because God knows what is happening before it happens… I believe we are all the same in front of God, men and women, but why he chose to give his holy books to men only? I think because men are stronger than women, and the prophet’s job was not easy as you know, they suffer a lot…. Also at that time women was not having respect, and the superiority was for men.

Let's see, a thyroid that worked about seven times over average and left me near bi-polar?
Radiation does wonders, when a real MD is in charge of your mental health, and not some LCSW.

Yes, because of everything. There's no real reason, except every reason. No point in getting specific.

Yes, I was young and had an abusive mother and could think of no other way to get away from her and the abuse.
