Is it possible using just buy it now buttons?

If you list postage to different countries in eBay (i.E different prices ) it will automaticaly show in paypal ( on the invoice sent to the winning bidder/buyer) if they choose that payment option . All invoices sent by eBay if you have put down different payment options will list the postage for that country :)
It's the same whether you sell with buy it now only or auction

I'd look into standard international shipping, personally.
Post this amount on your site, and MAKE SURE you say that shipping may be lower if they ask you about it first.
To the other poster - Ebay has nothing to do with this. It's between his site and Paypal.
