If I were to take nioxin for my hair, how fast would it make my hair grow? My hair length is just above my shoulders, and I would love for it to be down just below my breasts.

Just wait for your hair to grow. That is a chemical product for people who are baulding and is not for healthy hair. It is also really expensive.
Make sure you are getting regular trims because your hair can split and break off. Make sure not to damage your hair. If you can let it air dry and do not use curling irons or hot rollers. Use conditioner or detangler on the part of the hair that is past your scalp. You might want to think about taking a multiple vitamin supplement. After you shower do not tear thru your hair. Be careful about what hair accessories you use because some can break off hair. Only use hair rubber bands. Make sure to brush your hair gently start at the bottom and get the tangles out carefully.
I have long hair past the middle of my back. It took a long while for it to grow that long. You just have to be patient.

I just started using it last month and it probably grew 2 inches. Ask me again in another month. It is pretty expensive stuff.
