Neither is correct. "myself" is a reflexive pronoun not a reinforcement for a personal pronoun. People do say it but it is incorrect to do so. If you want to reinforce a personal pronoun, repeat it or add an adjective:

I did that.
I, I did that.
I alone did that.

You can use "myself" in constructions such as
I did that myself.
I did that by myself.
In these the reflexive pronouns are correctly used.

i myself would be correct. although it sounds best to just say "i" and forget the myself.

I myself.

"I myself believe that blue is the prettiest color"
"me myself believe that blue is the prettiest color"

take out the myself:

"I believe that blue is the prettiest color"

you wouldn't say

"me believe that blue is the prettiest color"

unless, of course, you were saying "me, mysef and I"...
