The correct answer to your question is that your speakers are fine.
If you have a cell phone around close to the speakers, you will here weird noises come from your speakers. I can tell when my cell is gonna ring cuz right before I hear noises out of my speakers.
You can also pick up other random radio frequency's which would explain the noise.

If the voices to not cease after reading passeges from the bible and commanding the devil to leave in the name of God, then you must seek me out. might desire to be the RCA's coming from the HU to the amp, in the event that they are actually not shielded, or the potential cables from the battery to the amp; they might desire to be hefty wires with solid solid contacts. And as you stated the HU isn't out of the question. Its not likely difficulty-free to pinpoint those variety of noises; they are able to have numerous reasons.

Speakers sometimes do receive interference. Do you have a cell phone nearby when you hear the noise? They are a common and strong source of interference.

A bad ground in one of the input sources can make the inner lead act like an antenna. Freshen any input wire/jacks by pushing them in a out a couple of times. (Inputs include a tape recorder, DVD player, CD player etc etc)

The radio thing does happen occasionally.
Or maybe it's the ghost of Alex, coming to the rescue!

You're hearing people on CB or HAM radios. That can be reduced by using higher quality speaker wire and shielded connectors.Or maybe it is Satan,if so,do exactly as he says.

Yes they can pick up radio waves. My piano organ speakers once picked up the police on their radios, I was on my own and it scared me to death.
