I've found that anime is fairly easy to draw, but I don't hav much natural drawing ability, so I need something to learn from.

The best way to do anything is subjective, but a very successful way to learn to draw anime is to sit down with your favorite anime book and copy the art. Do another, then another. Somewhere in that process you will being changing things to your own tastes, develop your own style.
Commuity college drawing classes are my favorite way to learn, but there are many drawing books out there, so pick the one that appeals to you most and you will enjoy the journey. I like classses because you get feedback from the teachers and the students ( who are generally on the same level with you.) Using a book, you can only compare yourself with someone who has achieved a great deal over their lifetime, and as beginners, we can't perform at the same level, and feel frustrated by that.
My favorite artist, Wayne Theibaud, says" People are such bad painters because they are such bad drawers." So start with the basics, then move on.
