what i would do--is use an old t-shirt.--your dog is small so u might need to go to a thrift store and buy a cheaper in a kids size.--you would then size it to fit.--be care full i just thought of this.--i bet you want the logo on his back right?--so that means the dog will be wearing it backwards keep that in mind.--anyway you should use the t-shirt for practice cause the arm(now legs of dog) are not correctly sized.--also the drop of the sleeve on a human is not that way when u put it on a dog it will wrinkle and look lousy especcially because it backwards.--you will need to remove the sleeve and then reatach them in the leg position.--so before u spend 70 bucks on a kids size jersey.--better to practice one time on a 1 buck shirt

Buy a childs size Rangers jersey and measure it against the dog.

Buy a kid's size jersey and "modify" the sleeves to fit your dogs front legs. Just go with a cheaper practice type jersey. Around here Target and Wal-Mart sell the cheaper versions.

It depends on when your dog's tryout with the team is.
I need some sleep - I honestly though the question said "from" instead of "for" which would be a bit scary.
On a serious note http://www.doggiedesigner.com/aboutus.htm seems to be a company that caters to this sort of thing - maybe they can do a custom job for you.
Still can't see why you'd want to engage in such cruelty ;)

I think an easy no-sew way would be to use felt. You could either use felt as the shirt as well or glue felt onto a tshirt that will fit the dog. hmmmm well, good luck.

Buy a Jersey and take it to a seamstress. I am sure your local phone book is loaded with them. They will be able to fit it to the dog no prob. ;)
