Why or why not? What are the substances that make chocolate milk or other drinks stain teeth?

Yes, any thing that can stain a white cloth can stain your teeth. Your teeth are actually porous, though without magnification they look quite smooth.

Little tiny bits of chocolate can get into those pores and your teeth can take on a brown cast. That is why bleaching works so well. The bleach is actually bleaching out the accumulated gunk (coffee, cigarette tar, what ever colored stuff you eat most). Some vegetarians get greenish yellow teeth - bleach works for that too.

Yes it does. Along that tea does too. Basically anything you drink that is dark colored would stain your teeth. That's why milk whitens your teeth. LOL
