If you are on a Windows machine, then go to Control Panel and User Accounts. you now have a couple of options:
1) If you like, you can enable the Guest account which will all other people to have access to the Internet and basic functions like Word, Excel, Photoshop, and other programs already installed on your machine. They would not be able to save things, install, or access other parts of the computer.
Then all you do is set up a password for your account and you are done. The next time you boot up, ther will be your name and the Guest name to log in to.
2) You could add a new account which would allow users more access (like installing, saving, etc.). And then still add a password to your account.
3) Don't do either 1 or 2 and just put a password on your account. This way only you can start up and access your computer. Anytime you walk away, just hit Windows + L (the windows flag button and L at the same time). This will lock your machine requiring the password .
Finally, and most importantly:
B!*CHSLAP anyone that has the b@lls to mess with your business without your permission. That is completely disrespectful!!!

Try holding down the ctrl, alt and delete keys at the same time you will then get a pop-up screen, select lock computer.
You might also want to go into display properties and select a screen safer and check resume password protect.
This should keep them from accesing you system. You could also go into the bios and set-up a password required at the start-up of your system. Try the following: At start up of system hit the F10 key until you get to the BIOS Utility, then select password option, then press the enter key to setup the password then select F10 to save and exit.

You can have peace of mind and allow others to use it by adding a password to your account and creating a guest account with limited features. They'll be able to play games and surf the web but not access your files or download programs.

Put a password on it, or a screen saver password. You can do this in either the Users or Display control panel apps.
