Sounds like stomach flu ,or you ate something that did not agree with you.Drink lots of water and get lots of rest
if you still feel like this 3 days from now go see a doctor!

Also drink some tea

Try drinking tea with ginger in it: That might help your stomach. And drink extra water.

Also, are you eating right? For a while, I didn't. And I experienced fatigue, nausea, and vertigo almost all the time.

You might want to see a doctor, if this came on you suddenly.

Good luck.

I feel like that if I am anemic (lack of iron in the blood) I drink liquid chlorophyll to get my iron back up but there are other ways like iron pills. So give it a try and good luck!

If you have been getting enough sleep and taken propar medication and you still feel this way, something might be wrong. I personally think it's best if you see a doctor as soon as possible.

Hope you get better soon
Take care!

You need to eat something. As hard as it sounds your body needs food to function. Sometimes when I don't eat I feel like crap too. Eat something easy to digest like fruit. Or some chicken noodle soup. You will feel better.
