You see, tomorrow I have a test. And I need to go somewhere important in about 40 minutes or so. I have about 4 more sentences to memorize. Does anyone have a nice strategy of memorizing things quickly, with understanding and memorizing them at the same time? Thanks, if you post. This would be helpful.

Yes. Choose a word from each sentence that you can connect to that sentence. Then, make up a story. I don't know your sentences, so I'll use a grocery list as an example. I need to buy:

Milk
cat food
toothpaste
bleach

I walk out to my car after work and open my door and a tidal wave of milk spills out. While driving home, a dump truck in front of me dumps a big load of cat food right in front of me and I have to swerve to avoid it. I get home and open my mailbox and stick my hand in a big gooey load of toothpaste. I walk in the house and slip and fall in a puddle of bleach, right on my butt!

Obviously, I just made that up quickly, but you get the idea. If you tell yourself the 'story' over and over, you'll remember the 'catch words', which will help you remember your sentences. I actually use this tactic for grocery lists sometimes. It works!
