Who is the weakest superhero of all time?

Question

I'm talking about strength not the lame name or costume kind of weak. It doesn't matter what company he/she comes from.

Who do you think you can take in a fight?
Who could your grandma take out?

(Yeah, I always found The Fly to be pretty lame, myself.)

(Aquaman CAN'T be physically weak; look at all the water pressure resistance he's got to contend with at the bottom of the oceans. Then, take away the resistance & retain the physical strength when he's out of water. BAM!! A powerhouse in action & speed.) (On the other hand, if you don't care for him, that's your taste. But the question is about strength.)

All the superheroes accept Batman, Robin, Batgirl, Nightwing, Spawn, Ghost Rider, Iron Man, War Machine, and Lady Death. Everybody else is weak!

Actually, there’s one who takes the cake in all three departments. Grow-Arm-Hair-Lad was featured once, in the Directory to a Nonexistent Universe (a spoof on Marvel’s Directory and DC’s Who’s Who.)

This perfectly ordinary high school kid discovered that he could cause his arm hair to grow at will. Just the hair on his arms, not on any other part of his body. [At least Dishman had the power to make food debris vanish from porcelain surfaces!] Otherwise, Grow-Arm-Hair-Lad had the same strength, speed, etc. as a regular kid. (Trust me, lame-o crooks like Captain Boomerang could have wiped up the floor with him.)

He persuaded his mother to make him a costume, claiming he needed it for a school play, titled Ginger’s Amazing Hanging Lips (so he would have his initials on his chest) and planned a superheroic career.

Alas, twas not to be. Even when all the other heroes in the Nonexistent Universe were spirited away by a cosmically powerful entity (he had asked his Oracle Orb for ‘supper beans’, but due to his poor enunciation, the Orb thought he wanted ‘Super Beings’) poor Grow-Arm-Hair-Lad was left behind.

So: lame name, dumb-looking costume, absurd power, overall weak power level. Bouncing Boy would sneer at him. He makes Blue Beetle look like a marvel of dexterity and skill. Even Stupendous Man (Calvin and Hobbes) would find him no competition in a fight. GAHL is the pits.

There was a brief animated series many years ago called "The Mighty Heroes". The 5 team members (and their secret identities) were:
StrongMan (auto mechanic)
RopeMan (sailor)
TornadoMan (TV weatherman)
DiaperMan (baby)
CuckooMan (pet store owner)

CuckooMan was the ... Worst. Hero. Ever. He was a scrawny little bald guy, did nothing to help his teammates except get in the way, and could barely fly by flapping his arms frantically.

The Scarlet Witch of the Avengers. She had powers, but not super strength.
Professor Xavier of the X-men. He’s in a wheelchair.

Well, I still wouldn't want to get into a fight with the Scarlet Witch or Professor X - they don't NEED strength to kick your butt!

But as far as who I could take out, then Squirrel Girl tops my list. I could clean her clock, easy. And I'd make sure to bring a BB gun as well!

I would say Meg Griffin, all she can do is grow her fingernails, and she may hurt people when she scratches them, but it doesnt do any damage, and I take that kind of abuse and worse from my puppy
