You get the Valour Form first
Then Wisdom Form
Third, Master Form
Last, you get Final Form
Also, there is a form that you turn into at random times in the game.
This form is called Dark Form.

The first form you get in Kingdom Hearts 2 is the Valor Form after Sora takes the train from Twilight Town to the Magic Castle place.

The order of forms that you get is Valor, Wisdom, Master, then Final. The Dark Form is not a form that you bring up. It is not a good one to work on period. Hope this helps!

Valor form. you receive it shortly after becoming Sora (which takes roughly 3 hours).
Wisdom form is obtained after completing the Timeless River world.
Master form is obtained after your first trip to the Space Paranoids world.
Final form is obtained any time after seeing Sora fight so and so in an FMV sequence while in the final world. (names withheld so it doesnt spoil the game)
