For me, it started before I even knew I was pregnant - in fact, that was what made me take the pregnancy test the day before my period was due (so I was just 4 weeks). In the beginning, frequent urination is do to increased hormones. My frequent trips to the bathroom lasted me through the entire first trimester - to the point where I would be up sometimes 6 times during the night! Then, it started to taper off a bit when I got into the second trimester, when your body adjusts to all the hormonal changes going on. From what I understand, it will then start to increase again later on - especially in the 3d trimester, this time due to the uterus and the baby pressing on your bladder, making less room for the bladder to hold its contents.

Shortly after you become pregnant, you may find yourself hurrying to the bathroom all the time. Why? Mostly because during pregnancy the amount of blood and other fluids in your body increases, which leads to extra fluid being processed by your kidneys and ending up in your bladder.
This symptom may start as early as six weeks into your first trimester and continue or worsen as your pregnancy progresses and your growing baby exerts more pressure on your bladder.
I got this info off a site but I started to pee lots around 5 weeks also
good luck with everything and hope the info helps u :)

I think I was about 5-6 weeks, I was getting up every night between 2-4am to use the bathroom. At about 10 weeks I didn't have to get up in the middle of the night anymore, sometimes in your second trimester the urge to pee is less! It will be the worst in the third trimester though! :(

I did a lot in my first trimester, and again now in the third. It got a little bit better in the middle, but I was still in the bathroom more than I was before I was pregnant.

For me, about 2 weeks. It was one of my early signs. It'll taper off in the middle, then come back in the last 2 months or so.

Frequent urination in early pregnancy is common. That is one of the first symptoms I had before I even got a positive pregnancy test. It just gets worse.

My OB explained it to me like this:
1st trimester you pee due to hormones
2nd trimester you get a break, finally
3rd trimester the baby is standing on your bladder and you pee all the time!
