Does anyone know what the heck was Constantine was tryng to do near the end of the movie right before Gabriel shows up. He joins his arms together to complete the tattoo he has on his forearms. Everything starts to turn white and the shadow of Gabe appear amongst the light. What was he trying to do?

i thinks its like an alchemy or somethings that allows a person to summon stuffs and/or open portals or door ways. im not really sure if thats what he did but i find it very similar just like a black magic = magic circle, voodoo = totem , alchemy = transmutation circle and stuff

He has a symbol tattooed on his forearms. I think it is the symbol for the eye of God. Kind of like the one on our money.
