You can have a heart attack, no joke. Or worse you can get a priapism, which is an erection that doesn't go down. Then you have to go to the hospital and have you penis punctured and the blood drained out. If you don't do that, the nerves die and the tissues die and your member will turn gangrenous and fall off.
