On the last episode of Dirt last night at 10eastern, what did it throw up, it was like..worms?

The person you're talking about is Holt. I thought the same thing when he threw up that there was worms in the blood. I'm not sure what is the cause of it but I know we'll find out in the weeks to come. It started the night he went to Lucy's and she fed him a piece of some type of meat and when he came home he coughed up blood. It should be interesting to see where this goes..........
