The software inside the satellite receiver will allow you flash it, however if you corrupted the software, you will have to use a JTAG to recover it. Flash software is generally available on the satellite manufacturer's website in the support section, however the kinds of flash files you're looking for won't be on there and you'll have to look elsewhere.
