My cousin told me he saw a special on tv about a man called the "Cotton Candy Killer," who would kill people and then stuff cotton candy sticks up their butts, and then paint their faces like clowns and he would get off on it. My cousin told me the killer got caught because he was buying loads of cotton candy and people became suspicious of him, so they investigated and found out he was the one. Is this true? I've searched the internet for a "Cotton Candy Killer" and nothing has come up. Has anyone ever heard of him? If so, what was his name, and where can I find articles on him? Thanks for any help.
