I would like to know what is a decent and appropiate gift to give my spouse for Valentines Day... We are currently seperated....We were living together but now we are not... We both needed some space.... Difficult situation to explain....

you're right it's a difficult situation. i took the liberty and clicked your profile. from what i read, i would say to send or give nothing. you sound young and you have a big responsibility. if your spouse doesn't step up to the plate, hold your head up and move on. some people take a long time to mature and sometimes life is too short to wait for them.

Something small, tasteful, and not overly meaningful. Something that relays your intentions (hopes of getting back together, not looking good but hoping for the best, not a chance in hell etc).

Depends on how you feel. If you still love him, don't be afraid to show it with the sweet, mushy gifts. They may even help mend the relationship. If you're unsure about the feelings, get him something that isn't as mushy such as clothing, gift certificates, etc...
