Depends, if your wireless internet or lan line, i have wireless internet, there are many diffrent types of wireless internet, my computer hooks up to a router, than a modem, than a wire goes to a attena on my roof, which is sends signals back and forth to a bigger atenna, that is my internet, weather affects it allot, but not by much, but if its land line, if you have a big *** flood and screws the wire up yea, but other than that probably not, weather can affet maitence though, people might not be checking or fixing on something.

Certain types of internet connections can be significantly affected. Anything with a dish on your roof as part of the connection will be susceptible. Everything else - cable, dsl, dialup, fios, etc. is largely weather resistant. It's something else.

It depends on what kind of internet you have.
Rain can effect Sattelite internet by weakening the signal. It can also effect any other kind of internet by moisture getting in to wires that are not properly sealed from the elements.

I think it can, as it interferes with your local phone line in bad weather it can interrupt ur signal, either that or there's to many ppl online in ur area and not enough coverage which slows it down
