Mr. Craig, Alcazar's business associate, is the one holding the hostages. We don't know who his boss is or what's in the briefcase. All we know is that the person who sent the shipment, arranged for Alcazar to make the exchange with Mr. Craig at a specific time. But for some reason Mr. Craig was over anxious and wanted the "shipment" before the scheduled meeting. But Alcazar said no and Mr. Craig decided to attempt to take it early anyways...thus leading to the hostage situation.

Who Mr. Craig really is or who sent him, is anybody's guess. But he is not Jerry, Jax's brother. Jerry used to be on the show years ago, so if it were him Sonny or Robin would've recognized him. Plus, Jax is Australian and Mr. Craig is British.

The guy that is holding them hostage right now is named "Mr. Craig" but who his boss is anyones guess. It would not surprise me if Scotty Baldwin had something to do with this. But i could be wrong. Sometimes soaps are hard to figure out.

I have a feeling that Mr. Craig is Jax's brother Jerry. Remember in a episode that Jax's mother told Carly that Jerry was involved in the mob. That would be a good storyline.
