Oh, Emma Cherry,
I tell by your "handle" that you like clever music.
I play bluesy Rock & Roll, on electric & spanish guitar, me adaptations of classical on keyboard, and a miriad of other stuff.
I am not too fussy what I play, and nor am I jumping up and down about being a terrible musician.
I prefer to remain in the background, and bung in the "fancy bits" at festivals. As to Genre, I suppose Pink Floyd, Mike Oldfield, Meatloaf, the years of the Beatles Rock period, Queen, and old folk stuff.
Well, they normally only has three chords.
Easy for the beer-sodden brain !

Classic rock is good... I like hip hop too but there are moods for everything. I feel sorry for those that won't allow themselves to enjoy a certian genre of music because it doesn't fit their overall perspective.
