Have you noticed this? Why!? If it is scheduled for 9:00 a.m., it actually comes on at 8:58 or 8:59, or if it is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., you'd better tune in at 3:58, or you'll miss something. Can someone explain exactly why this is?

Maybe Opray is narcisstic and needs to be noticed..other than that, ask your TV station manager
