Nash is the most overrated point guard in the game. For one the man do not play defense and to wrap it up his rebounding skills are poor. Also he looks good because he plays in a west and coast offense with scores like stoudemire and marion on his wing. So he is overrated no way close to the greats like isaih thomas, magic johnson, or oscar robertson

Yes! Steve Nash simply makes his teammates better. Nearly all players end up having career seasons when he's the point guard. He can dish, finish, shoot the perimeter shot and he's automatic at the free throw line. His defense needs some work, but he'll never be that great at it.

There are more talented PG's out there, but they don't have the total package. I'm sure Stephon Marbury thinks he's better and he'll probably beat Nash in a one-on-one game, but that's not NBA basketball... I'm sure you ask anyone who they want to be PG and they'll pick Nash over Marbury. hahaha

Steve Nash is an excellent guard, but not the best. That goes to Dwayne Wade, period.
The thing about Nash is, in a run and fun offense, he is unstoppable, but in a slow physical grind, he's not even second team. Its not a knock, its the truth. It was the case in Dallas and in college. Allowed to run and dish, he's right there with the logo's best. But in a tough muscle game, that is where he wilts. Dwayne Wade can play fast or slow and take the punishment.

Without a doubt. he does everything a point guard is required to do and then some. He makes plays, pushes the offense, can score, and most importantly makes everyone else around him a better player. He does have a little trouble with defense, but oh well.

Back-to-back MVP's says it all
He's explosive! He gets all his players involved and manages to put up his own great numbers. Thats why the Suns are as quick and good as they are.
Having said that......Mavs are still the best ever :)
