Fin people born in the country Finland and are referred to as Finish or Fins.
Thin people come from any number of countries, sometimes a thin build can be genetic and sometimes it is due to diet, sometimes an over active thyroid and sometimes just being an active person.
Thin people can put on weight in most cases.
