You need to find the venue you want to go into (film, theatre...) and you start volunteering yourself for roles for small theatres or films. Then you start applying for various positions...get yourself an agent...get yourself a professional photoshots...and break a leg!

Go to public try outs for new movies. Some famous actors/actresses where just at the right place at the right time.

I'm sorry, acting is very competitive and having a good foundation and basic training will be very useful. You don't have to leave school just join a local drama club, i go once a week and so far have known dozens of people go on to drama school and onward to sucessful careers

Well, first of all, speaking to your parents would help. . .
Last of all, the best thing for you to do is to get an agent. . .Your agent would be able to connect you to auditions and cool stuff like that. . .Talk to you when you're famous!

You can't. Audition. Take classes. Be atractive or in some way charming. Study. Read books. Be less stupid. Any of those would work. Oh, and young actresses like Dakota Fanning? They have famous parents.
