Catholic Mass is 1 hour. If there's a baptism it's included in that hour... we celebrate as a congregation.

A regular ordinary Sunday morning mass is about an hour. A Christening will increase that by about 30-45 minutes, if you're lucky.

mass is usually and hour. christening is usually an extra 1/2 hr to an after afterwards.
