I majored in "Beach" at the University of Miami. It's not "besides" a beach, but Matheson Hammock Park is close.

Well, you've got the entire Gulf Coast, which would consist of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. Florida might be your best bet... U. of Miami, U. of South Florida, Florida Institute of Technology, U. of North Florida, Stetson U... this doesn't mention any of the hundreds of smaller universities.

Then you've got the entire east coast of the country... Georgia, Carolinas, Virginias, and the northeast.

everything north of california will be to cold to go to beach for most of the year. Atleast as far as the U.S. is concerned.
