i've heard of people who's eyes color change with time from brown to green or hazel or others. i was wondering, what are things that can cause this to happen?? is it possible to determine if it will happen to you, like are there any signs or something? and has science developed anything that can allow you to change your natural eye color up to shades darker or shades lighter?

Did you know that blue is actually a lack of coloring in the eyes? You should be proud of your brown eyes! But if you're set on changing your eye color, then I would test with contacts first. I don't see what the big deal is since contacts usually look natural. See if you like blue instead of brown first, then get this laser thing. I would definitely research this surgery A LOT before you do anything. It's obviously not reversible and you should know all the risks and side effects before doing anything drastic.

Some people are just born with eyes that change color. You cannot completely change the color of your eyes though without contact lenses. You can enhance and bring out different shades of your eyes by changing your makeup and clothes though.

The color isn't really changing for most of these people, it's the context in which the color is viewed. Certain colors of clothing/makeup make my eyes look VERY green. Certain colors make them look VERY blue. Sometimes they're steely grey. Depending on the size of my iris and clothing, my eyes can look greenish-yellow because I have amber flecks in my eyes.

As far as I know, contacts are the only way to change the color of your eyes.
