When you fing d the video you want you need to copy the embedded code and not the URL for the video. Some videos will say something about embedding removed by request, but those that don't can be downloaded. Alot of people don't know that. I just recently figured it out myself.

This site will help you set it up. All the downloads are free and it definitely does work for downloading videos from you tube or my space, there are more sites you can download videos from too by using this but I forgot what they are since I only download from you tube

I dont think you can if you mean downloading a video from youtube onto ur comp then you definetly cannot do it. Soz =]
