Crickets you should be able to find at any petstore. They usually sell for 80-90 cents for a dozen of them.
Mosquito larvae you can also purchase frozen from most fish stores or large chain petstores.

You can also "grow" them yourself; leave a bucket of standing water outside and you'll have skeeter larvae in no time. You'll attract adults too, though.

Bait and tackle stores usually have crickets much cheaper than pet stores. They might let you pick through them for the right size or you may have to take what you get.

Depending on your current weather you may be able to raise your own mosquito larvae and if not now then certainly soon. I have never seen that available live for obvious reasons.

Do you know anyone with a greenhouse? They may have larvae growing in runoff and allow you to put in a bucket and harvest the larvae. Public greenhouses or botanical gardens? Evn a local zoo with indoor facilites? Just a few ideas... next year raise plenty and freeze them your self using dechlorinated water and ice cube trays. Just freeze one portion per cube and your all set.

If you decide to harvest wild mosquito larvae, make sure it's not from somewhere with a bunch of pesticide/fertilizer runoff, I'd say go with your own bucket out in the yard, once the weather warms up some it'll be full of them before you know it.
