bother by Stone Sour every rose has its thorn by Poison creep - Earshot behind blue eyes - The Who, or Limp Bizkit's cover epiphany or outside - Staind Suicide Note part 1. - Pantera Black - Pearl Jam, or Aaron Lewis' cover I think that listening to sad/whiney songs when you're depressed makes things worse most of the time but when you've been holding things in for a long time, sometimes it helps you let emotions out.

I'm not sure if this is a sad song, but I know it's not a happy hyper song. it'll still cheer you up. at least it does for me.
"I Still Believe" by, Hayden Panettiere

"Unfaithful" by, Rhiana was already said, but I'm saying it again beacause that's a really good answer.

I don't know how you feel about Country music...and I don't know who the artist is, but when I feel that way I like to hear a song called, "Love You"...it's about his cheating ex and how he can't use a certain four letter word so he improvises with the word love! Great song...sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.
