Mike Caro's 'Book of Tells'. The best poker books out there though are "Super System", and "Super System 2" by Doyle Brunson, et al. They rock.

The mike caro books your best bet, but its not for the faint hearted. its one of those books you'll read a bit of then have to put down then pick up again weeks later, i've had mine a few years now and it definately works but i haven't finished it yet.
