I have a Brother In-Law who, as soon as his father passed away, took out credit cards in his parent’s name. He owes about $15,000 on these cards and my Mother In-Law is being hounded for payment. We found out he has several judgments against him so it is clear this is a way of life for him.

He has also cleaned out two of her bank accounts. She will not take any action. How can I help her? My wife is in tears over this and has not slept in months.

Your mother in law actually needs an attorney. I can help you with an identity theft service that we offer and gives her access so she can get help. You will need one though, and I just would like to help.
